Be it Resolved this 27th day of February 2010 in Austin, Texas the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers recognizes and remembers Jack T. Litman and his:

Enormous generosity in giving his time to teach and organize other criminal defense lawyers;
Articulate, out-spoken, tireless commitment to the importance of the defense function as a highly regarded unusually gifted criminal defense lawyer;
