Program Details:

NACDL & NCDD's 2022 Annual Seminar "DWI Means Defend With Ingenuity" Seminar "Practice Like a Pro" will be held on September 28 - October 1, 2022 at Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.

If you are serious about being an effective DUI defense advocate, or if you're considering adding DUI defenses to your firms portfolio, you need to know the latest scientific and legal strategies to optimize your success at trial. Join your nationwide colleagues in Las Vegas to learn from the best-of-the-best, and take advantage of the unique opportunity to network, mingle, and establish a reciprocal referral base with over 600 of your colleagues from around the country. There is no better opportunity to confer and learn from your peers!

This one-of-a-kind CLE program is held in the mornings only, and consists of one day of general plenary session presentations, one day of split tracks for you to choose from, and one day with your choice of multiple workshops for small group, intense, and focused learning in the areas you need the most help. Whether you are a seasoned criminal defense practitioner, or just getting started and needing to learn the ropes, THIS IS THE NATIONAL GATHERING YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This DUI Seminar is held jointly in conjunction with the Defending Modern Drug Cases Seminar, on the same dates, at the same location. While the DUI Seminar is held in the mornings only, the Drug seminar is held in the afternoons only. If you are interested in attending both seminars, click to register for both seminars button below and receive up to a 20% discount on your total combined registration fees.

IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES:
In order to ensure the highest level of safety for our attendees, NACDL will be implementing the following safety measures at the conference:

  1. All participants will need to self-certify they have received the full dosage of a vaccine for COVID-19 prior to attending.
  2. While no longer required, all attendees are encouraged to wear a mask in public indoor settings. NACDL will have masks available for all participants at the registration desk, and signs will be displayed as a reminder to keep masks on at all times (except when eating or drinking).
  3. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the hotel property, including at the entrance to all meeting rooms.
  4. The seminar room will be arranged with socially distanced tables/chairs to the best of our ability.
